USAT - Funding and funding for research projects

United Scientists’ Association of Technology Inc. is an incorporated body with her headquarter in Queensland, Australia. They are technology driven platform and works as an accelerator that connects inventors of new technologies with the financial world, aiming to provide liberty, autonomy and security to all participants.
Presently, the incorporate which is subject to Australia government annual review is a non-profit oriented technology platform that seeks to contribute and finance technology that is seen worthwhile and of human benefit and after its completion sell it out to the bodies that need it with the patent right and IP repository to it.
Presently, two of the major patent work of the platform is a solar-wind farm. This combine two different project which seeks to use the assume waste in the environment and channel them into raw materials for electricity generation on a large scale. How does this work?
The pioneer project is to convert solar radiation to kinetic energy use for generating electricity. And the second project in similitude is a project that convert all heart energy and waste product to electric energy. The patented technology can also utilize waste heat from computers and other electronic components and devices, as well as waste heat from other resources that can be recuperated to generate electricity. Heat from component parts are used to stand in place for solar energy and this guarantees that even in a situation of cloudy weather without solar radiation, the electricity supply is still top notch. Also when we analyses this critically, we see it not just eco-conservation and eco-friendly project, it’s at the same time supplying the need of man unlimited.
Presently, the solar-wind farm is a success story of how the waste in the environment and the heat emanating from any source can be redirected to generate electricity on a mega scale. And this and many more of such project needs to be financed to completion.
USAT Inc. is already functional and in partnership with the Australian Institute of High Energetic Materials (AIHEM). AIHEM is an Australian based professional alliance. And through their collaborative effort, they have been able to bring to light some unimaginable project that has added value to the human world.
How did USAT Inc. works.
They are a corporation with well vast knowledge at hand, they are made up of professors, associate professors, specialists, doctors, in the field engineering and technology at large.
They receive project proposal of valuable and worthwhile project and have it subjected to internal review, and when found worthy will draw up funding strategy to finance the project and in the process acquire the patent and ownership of the product, which upon completion can be resold to parties that can really put the technology into application. The technology is handed over with the patent and copy right to it. While the corporation retains the IP repository to it all.
Upon success of any project, the corporation stake holders will meet to determine what to happen to the fund generated, and decide whether to immediately deploy it into another prospective project or use it to get back the tokens from the shareholder.
The platform is therefore putting itself up for investment benefit to all and sundry. Offering all a chance to partner with them and contribute in exchange for the token of the platform, the USAT Token.
USAT Token is not a security token or shares, and as such, every investors or token holders are free to sell the token once the platform goes to the exchange platform. Investing in the project give access to token holder to be entitled to all patent and trade secret contain in the corporation IP repository.
The realized money from the token sale which is capped at 1.5 billion token approximately will be used to further develop the platform and also to transact on the platform and projects.
